Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and an active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• IV therapy credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care through data gathering, planning and evaluation.
• Provide care appropriate to patient age groups with professionalism and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues to ensure quality care.
