Job summary

Qualifications

• Required LPN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process: data gathering, planning and evaluation.
• Provide patient care including IV therapy under RN supervision.

• Maintain clinical knowledge, training and credentials; perform other duties as required.
