Qualifications

• Must have completed the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or equivalent.
• Oklahoma LPN license required or eligible to obtain license.
• 0-1 year related experience; advanced experience preferred.
• Knowledge of disease state management, care delivery, and patient education.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and documents general condition, chief complaint, vital signs, and history.
• Records services and diagnoses for encounter forms and charts.
• Assists provider with exams, procedures, and treatments per protocol.
• Performs ancillary services such as venipunctures and X-rays per protocol.
• Maintains medical records and manages referrals and test results.
• Coordinates care via calls, scheduling, prescriptions as directed.
• Uses IDX/EMR to complete tasks per policies and procedures.
• Administers medications per physician orders (oral and IM).
• Tracks referrals and tests; ensures timely completion.
• Educates patients to promote wellness as directed by provider.
