Job summary

Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, OR, is seeking a Clinic LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to support Surgical Associates and assist practitioners during procedures.

You will maintain patient records, handle telephone prescriptions/refills, relay test results, and provide safe, quality nursing care under the supervision of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor.

Salary Range Salary Range: $24.73 - $36.32

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and relaying test results. Provides safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.

Our Surgical Specialists provide general,vascular, thoracic, breast and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. Our entire staff is committed to providing state-of-the-art and compassionate care to all of our patients.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.
