Job summary

RiverView Health in Crookston, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. The role supports general surgery, clinic visits, allergy injections, and care coordination tasks; occasional travel to outreach clinics may be required.

We offer a competitive pay range of $22.36–$28.92 per hour (doe) with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, HSA contributions, pension matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota and North Dakota LPN license (or pending within 3 months)
• American Heart Association CPR certification (or obtain within 4 months)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of providers.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
• Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
• Assist with procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Other duties as assigned.
