Perform a variety of routine clinical tasks including but not limited to quality assurance, preparing patients, assisting with examinations, and any special procedures as requested. Facilitate patient and physician/provider communication via patient portal, phone, or other communication method.
Minimum Qualifications: Communication skills including fluency in oral and written English. Basic computer skills including the ability to send/receive email, navigate information technology associated with the position, and use Electronic Health Record information tools. Accuracy is critical when executing physician or provider orders. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain flexible to quickly adapt to urgent situations.
High School diploma or GED. Completion of a licensed practical nursing program. One year of nursing experience in a healthcare clinic setting preferred. Previous EMR experience preferred. Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Ability to travel to various clinics around the facility.
Current unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oklahoma or Multistate Licensure in a Party state in compliance with primary residency rules and requirements. For those positions requiring travel, a current valid driver’s license in good standing and automobile liability insurance must be maintained.
