JOB SUMMARY

This position provides direct patient care under the supervision of a medical provider in a clinical setting. The LPN will perform duties delegated by the midlevel provider and physician, within the scope of practice and licensure by the state. Services may involve patients across all age groups, from neonate to geriatric, with understanding of their developmental and functional age.

The role requires active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services, demonstrating ICARE standards, and adhering to the Code of Conduct and policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience

• Required: Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Preferred: Previous clinic experience

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Current Illinois LPN license or equivalent in required state

Pay Status

Non-exempt hourly
