Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with patient visits, including routine clinical tasks such as quality assurance, patient preparation, assisting with examinations, and special procedures. Facilitate communication between patients and providers via various channels.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

1. Room patients, obtain vitals, review patient history, and prepare charts.
2. Accurately document information in electronic medical records (EMR).
3. Ensure test results are available from previous visits.
4. Maintain cleanliness and stock of exam, lab, and procedure rooms, and perform daily quality assurance.
5. Ensure medical equipment is operational and report malfunctions.
6. Order and communicate test results, referrals, and prescriptions under provider direction.
7. Provide phlebotomy services and perform basic tests.
8. Assist with examinations and minor procedures.
9. Manage medical supplies and inventory.
10. Travel occasionally to other offices as needed.
11. Adapt care to meet patients' physical, cultural, and developmental needs.
12. Maintain punctuality and adhere to safety protocols, including the use of assistive devices.
13. Engage in continuing education and uphold DRH standards and core values.
14. Meet all employment conditions, including vaccinations and respirator fit testing.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Positions are available across multiple clinics including Rural Health Clinics, Duncan Medical Associates, Pavilion Clinic, Urology, Plaza Clinic, Family Care, Duncan Allergy ENT, and Ringling Family Care.

Minimum Qualifications: Fluency in English, basic computer skills, accuracy in executing orders, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in urgent situations.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED, completion of an LPN program, with one year of healthcare clinic experience preferred. EMR experience and ability to travel between clinics are also preferred.

Certifications and Licenses: Current unencumbered LPN license in Oklahoma or multistate licensure, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance if travel is required.

Additional Notes: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing, vaccinations, and respirator fit testing. Medical and religious exemptions are available.
