The Medical University of South Carolina is hiring a Clinic Lead Nurse to oversee patient care in the ambulatory setting. This role reports to the Manager and leads clinical operations to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with nursing leadership, supporting staff, and delivering high-quality care while adhering to policies, regulations, and guidelines. Requires RN licensure in SC and BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree of Nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• RN with SC licensure and BLS required; ACLS if clinic dictates.
• Minimum one year RN experience; ambulatory experience preferred.
• BSN within two years for staff hired after 2013 is required.

• Coordinate with nursing leadership; support daily operations and staff.
• Lead clinical presence to achieve department goals and compliant practice.
