Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic RN Lead I for the MUSC Community Physicians in Bluffton MOB. This role provides individualized, goal-directed patient care, leads clinical practice, and works with the nursing leadership to meet department goals.

You'll supervise daily operations, coordinate care with the healthcare team, and support staff development while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree and RN licensure required.
• Two years of RN work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to facilitate age-appropriate patient care coordination.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications in clinic following policies and documentation rules.
• Provide patient education and teaching.
• Assist in competency-based orientation and staff development.
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives.
