• Collects co-payments and outstanding balances; manages daily sums.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Verifies insurance benefits and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Monitors patient flow and communicates arrivals to staff.
• Reconciles daily deposits and maintains clinic financial logs.
• Trains front office staff on duties and best practices.
• Coordinates provider schedules with the practice manager.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
