Job summary

Life Massage and Wellness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to join our clinic team. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and collect payment information with a cheerful, service-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, familiarity with scheduling software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include Wednesdays 2-5, Thursdays 2:30-7:30, and Saturdays 7:30-1.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and provide an excellent experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Provide general customer service and attend to client needs during services.
