Job summary

The Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah is seeking a friendly receptionist for the FourPoints Health Clinic (SUU Campus). You will handle scheduling, patient intake, eligibility checks, and daily billing support in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Starting at $16/hour, benefits available. You will maintain patient records, assist the Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health teams, and ensure confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1 year of clinical receptionist experience.
• Must be insurable and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls using the standard FPH greeting.
• Greets and welcomes patients into the FPH Clinic in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Schedules appointments for all Medical and Behavioral health patients using Athena EHR.
• Calls patients to schedule annual and routine checkups.
• Works daily with the Billing office for billing and claims.
• Maintains patient records securely and confidentially.
• Completes patient profiles in Athena EHR.
