Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet and guide individuals at the facility. The CSR will be knowledgeable about all programs and services offered and will travel between clinics as needed.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, appointment management, accurate data entry into the EHR, and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service oriented.
• Promptly answers, screens and processes telephone inquiries with confidentiality.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments as needed.
• Maintains data in the EHR system accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct individuals entering the facility.
• Provide information on HRH programs and services.
• Enter patient/visitor information into the EHR system.
• Assist clinical team with referrals to triage when applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date provider schedules and insurance information.
• Process payments and post to cash sheet as needed.
• Check in/out individuals served and complete financial processes.
• Uphold positive interpersonal relations among team members.
