Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN Licensure
• BLS within 30 days of hire and maintained throughout employment
• Experience with medical office procedures and charting

Responsibilities

• Collects patient health data for physician and enters into EMR
• Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses
• Identifies patient-specific outcomes and plans of care
• Implements and evaluates interventions to meet outcomes
• Assigns ICD-10 codes and monitors CPT coding for billing accuracy
• Charts for providers and ensures entries include name, title, date, and time
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
