Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Clinic Float Pool RN to support multiple ambulatory departments in a part-time, 0.8 FTE role schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekends or holidays. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, perform phone triage, MyChart communications, and med refills, rotating across 4–6 departments in your first year, with mentorship and a strong team culture.

Eligible Wisconsin license; Minnesota and Iowa licenses within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and an RN license in Wisconsin at hire.
• RN licenses for Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 6+ months nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care across ambulatory departments.
• Assist with phone triage, MyChart communications, medication refills, and occasional procedures.
• Adapt to daily department assignments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
