Qualifications

• Assist with patient care during exams and procedures.
• Prepare patients and collect assessment data.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and prepares for examinations.
• Assists with laboratory procedures and QA projects.
• Answers phones and triage inquiries to medical staff.
• Schedules and updates appointments in the scheduler.
• Performs reminder calls to patients and greets visitors.
• Maintains patient charts and updates in the system.
• Co-ordinates referrals with insurers and other offices.
• Handles payments and issues receipts.
• Maintains clinic supplies and prepares charts.
