Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA CMA ATC LPN or ROT certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire and renewed every 2 years.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow for physicians and ensure clinic efficiency.
• Assist with clinical procedures such as injections, wound care, and preparing medications.
• Take vital signs and set up minor procedures.
• Prepare charts for upcoming clinics and manage patient records.
• Handle patient calls and provide education related to treatments.
• Scribes for physicians and assistants as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
