Qualifications

• Charting skills for provider entries and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under physician supervision.
• Maintain patient documentation and enter data in EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments and referrals; assist with filing.
• Communicate patient progress to the physician and document needs.
• May perform duties of a scribe.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
