CHI Health Clinic in Omaha’s Florence Family Clinic is seeking an EMT to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform patient assessments, support the care team, and handle intake duties and specimen collection.

This role emphasizes critical thinking, accurate documentation, and timely administration of medications and vaccines, with a sign-on bonus of $4,800 for eligible new hires.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of state-approved EMT training program.
• Active Nebraska EMT license required.
• Active status on Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

As our Clinic EMT working at our Florence Family Clinic off of N 30th St, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments! You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. Expectations

• Performs general patient care following established clinic workflows.
• Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider by completing intake duties such as obtaining and recording vital signs, reviewing drug allergies and current medications, completing applicable screening questionnaires and documenting reasons for visit.
• Collects and prepares ordered specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Prepares and provides ordered medications and/or vaccines to patients.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

We are offering a $4800 Sign-on Bonus to new hires that meet eligibility requirements.

Pay Range

$17.23 - $24.35 /hour
