Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a Clinic Educator to support staff development, onboarding, competencies, and educational initiatives across our 12 clinic locations. This role promotes high-quality patient care through staff education, regulatory readiness, emergency preparedness, and professional development.

The ideal candidate will hold an Iowa RN license, bring at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and teaching

Qualifications

• RN license required in Iowa.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Develop and manage annual competencies and skills validation.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and documentation initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness training and mock drills.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Serve as an educational resource for clinic staff and leaders.
