Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our Memphis clinic. This on-site leadership role combines clinical excellence with team management to deliver exceptional patient care and drive clinic growth.

You’ll oversee daily operations, compliance, and performance metrics, conduct patient consultations, supervise TRT and weight management therapies, and mentor staff in a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP license
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
• Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency
• Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance
• Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments
• Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests to develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications
• Oversee administration of weight management treatments (including GLP-1 medications) and monitor patient progress
• Start and manage IVs, administer vitamin injections, and perform blood draws
• Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and EMR documentation
• Ensure clinic adherence to all regulatory, safety, and clinical quality standards
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture
• Represent Ageless Men’s Health as the clinical face of the brand in your local market

Location: Grove Park in Memphis, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role
Pay: $210,000 total starting annual compensation (base salary + clinic director bonus with uncapped potential)

What You’ll Do
