STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville, TN seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee operations, staffing, and patient care quality. You will lead staff, manage resources, and participate in ongoing education to drive program growth and clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and a patient-centered approach across outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis on growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current state of TN Physical Therapist licensure
• CPR certification
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, MS Office
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Self-starter with growth mindset
• Outpatient orthopedic experience with exercise/manual skills preferred
