STAR Physical Therapy in Mount Pleasant, TN is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to oversee daily operations, staffing, and program development. You will ensure high-quality patient care, lead marketing efforts, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, TN licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred and opportunity for growth is highlighted.

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state TN Physical Therapist licensure.
• CPR certification.

Job Description

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care.


• Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations.

• Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program


• Current state of TN Physical Therapist (PT) licensure


• CPR certification


• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office


• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment


• Excellent communication skills


• Able to multitask effectively


• Self-Starter with the mindset to achieve growth


• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise and manual-based skills and sports rehabilitation preferred
