Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy in Donelson seeks a Clinic Director, Physical Therapist to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality orthopedic care.

You will mentor clinicians, manage staffing and resources, participate in ongoing education, and drive community engagement through physician visits and outreach.

The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, TN licensure, CPR, EMR skills, and a track record in outpatient orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state TN Physical Therapist licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, database software, and MS Office.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Self-Starter with growth mindset.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience with exercise and manual-based skills preferred.
