Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to open our newest Bakersfield, CA location. You will build a thriving clinic from the ground up, lead a passionate team, and deliver Second-to-None patient care.

We offer a competitive salary, sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and incentives, along with leadership development and ongoing clinical education benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA, or ability to obtain before patient care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication, with commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Ability to lead clinic operations while maintaining healthcare regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor & empower PTs, PTAs and staff while fostering a collaborative clinic culture.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to support a high‑performing clinic.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based care while ensuring a Second-to-None patient experience.
• Build relationships with patients, referral partners and community to grow clinic.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain standards.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending California Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care
