Job summary

Greater Therapy Centers in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy in McKinney, TX to oversee the clinical operations, lead a team of therapists, and ensure outstanding patient care.

The role requires a DPT and Texas licensure, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will develop policies, manage budgets, nurture referral relationships, and stay current with PT advances; relocation support is available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
• Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services.
• Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility and patient engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and methodologies into practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification (specific educational qualifications not detailed).
