Description

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This unique leadership role combines strategic clinic management with hands-on patient care, ideal for a licensed physical therapist looking to advance into a hybrid clinical-administrative position. The Clinic Director will direct, administer, and control day-to-day clinic operations within established policies to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Operational Leadership

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure efficient and economical clinic performance aligned with operating budgets, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement clinic policies, practices, and procedures that drive operational success.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting in collaboration with senior leadership.

Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage clinic staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, development, and terminations.
• Provide leadership through subordinate supervisors and therapists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Regulatory & Communication Oversight

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with senior administration, medical staff, community partners, and clinic employees.

Clinical Involvement

• Deliver high-quality patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the therapy team.
