Team Rehab offers the opportunity to open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.

Summary: The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique model for a Physical Therapist who wants to have ownership in a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are growing, developing, and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.

Strategic Planning

• Partner in clinic set‑up. Provide input on clinic location and layout when opening a new clinic.
• Take control of quality of care. Adopt a patient‑centered approach so that each patient receives care unique to their goals and objectives.
• Assume normal PT responsibilities plus hire and manage the right staff.

Marketing

• Support marketing reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
• Attend lunches and functions set up by marketing.
• Ensure the clinic is a positive influence in the community.

Financial and Operational Management

• Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that enhance the patient’s experience.
• Manage productivity. Define and set clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
• Manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support financial health.
• Manage clinic expenses such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
• Provide input on policies, procedures, and strategy across all Team Rehabilitation clinics.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Leadership and Staff Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
• Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
• Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.
• Continuously foster a respectful and inclusive workplace.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy.
