Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program with licensure in the respective state is required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Mentoring and developing others is valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and team development balancing patient care with people mgmt, operations, growth, marketing, recruiting, and clinic success.
• Grow the clinic and build community relationships while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Partner with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and drive service excellence.

Job Description

Compensation Range: $95,000 – $105,000 per year

This position is eligible for additional compensation: Director bonus plan + student loanrepayment, sign-on bonus, or relocationassistance

Qualifications
