Qualificações

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current South Carolina PT license.
• CPR certification.
• Early career PTs welcome; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality; solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall leadership and operation of the outpatient clinic.
• Supervise and develop clinical and office staff.
• Ensure all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Provide outstanding one-on-one patient care.
• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient records to determine required PT care.
• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals based on evaluations.
• Implement the physical therapy treatment program and provide essential PT treatments.
• Be responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: notes, reports, evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

The salary range begins at $90,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and discretionary incentive compensation.

Job Description

• Manage the overall leadership and operation of the outpatient clinic
• Supervise and develop both clinical and office staff
• Ensure all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed
• Provide outstanding one-on-one patient care
• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain those goals
• Implement the physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Be responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current South Carolina PT license
• CPR certification
• Early career PT's are welcome and encouraged to apply. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
