Job summary

Back In Motion Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director Physical Therapist in Belfast, ME to lead a clinician-led team and oversee daily operations while delivering high-quality patient care.

You will evaluate, treat, and mentor staff, while partnering with referral sources to grow patient volume and outcomes in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.
• Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
