Upstream Rehabilitation’s SERC brand is growing a new outpatient clinic in Jonesboro, AR. We are seeking a Clinic Director and Partner to lead a brand-new team, with back-office support and an equity ownership model.

You will mentor and develop staff, manage day-to-day clinical operations, and drive patient care quality, referrals, and community outreach. Current or pending PT licensure required; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Operational leadership experience in outpatient settings preferred.

• Lead a new team in the Jonesboro, AR area and drive clinical operations.
• Set business targets and analyze financial and patient outcome data.
• Develop referral relations and community outreach initiatives.
• Participate in hiring and staff development for all positions.
