Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in California to lead therapy teams and shape how care is delivered across communities. You will guide clinicians, foster trusted relationships with residents, and drive the EmpowerMe 360 model to integrate therapy, wellness, and medical services.

You’ll mentor staff, ensure high-quality care, and stay hands-on with residents while collaborating with operations leadership for program development and growth.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
