Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams inside community settings, guiding care delivery and building trusted relationships with residents and staff.

You will mentor clinicians, coordinate across therapy, wellness, and medical services, and drive enrollment and engagement through a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
