Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Connecticut seeks a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams and shape how care is delivered daily in our senior living communities. You’ll guide your team, build trusted relationships, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services, drive program development, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to deliver high-quality care with compassion.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
