Job summary

Phoenix Physical Therapy's Easton clinic seeks a Clinic Director to oversee daily operations, patient care, and management services. The role requires leadership in PT staffing, service delivery, and community engagement to advance local market leadership.

You will guide staff development, manage schedules, ensure Medicare compliance, and drive performance with KPI tracking and budgeting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license active in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staffing.
• Hire, train and develop physical therapy staff.
• Provide high-quality PT services and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain Medicare compliance and quality initiatives.
• Develop community relationships to grow referrals.
• Monitor KPIs and manage budgets as assigned.
