Prompt Clinical Career Connection is recruiting a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead a team of clinicians, oversee daily operations, and maintain high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

The role offers full-time, onsite work with competitive compensation ($110,000–$120,000 annually) and opportunities for incentives, benefits, and professional growth.

Qualificações

• DPT degree or equivalent.
• Active California PT license or eligibility.
• Outpatient orthopedic PT experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring clinicians and building team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care quality.
• Lead, mentor, and support PTs and clinic staff.
• Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on treatment.
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive care improvements.
• Develop clinic processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage clinic budgets, productivity, and goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community.
• Collaborate with leadership to review performance and drive initiatives.
• Support community outreach and patient education.
• Encourage ongoing clinical development for the team.
