Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director to lead care across therapy and wellness in our senior living communities. You’ll supervise a multidisciplinary team, maintain hands-on clinical practice, and drive the EmpowerMe 360 model to deliver integrated care.

You’ll partner with community leaders to foster resident engagement and ensure high-quality outcomes, while guiding operational excellence and continual program improvement.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
