Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Colorado seeks a Clinic Director to guide therapy teams, coordinate care, and strengthen community ties. You’ll mentor clinicians, partner with leaders to implement EmpowerMe 360, and ensure residents stay active, independent, and safe.

This role blends hands-on care with strategic leadership, offering growth into broader operations and clinical leadership while delivering high-quality care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
