EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Sparks, NV to lead a dynamic therapy and care team within our senior living communities. You will guide daily operations, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leaders to deliver coordinated therapy, wellness, and medical services.

This role emphasizes hands-on care, resident engagement, and program development, with a predictable schedule and opportunities for growth across operations and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities
