This leadership role blends hands-on treatment with operational oversight, fostering strong relationships and delivering care with a resident-centric focus across multiple communities.

Qualifikationen

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
