EmpowerMe Wellness in Sparks, NV is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a therapy-focused team, drive high-quality care, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.

You will coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, shape daily operations, support program development, and foster resident engagement with hands-on leadership in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
