Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Seattle to lead care delivery within our communities. You will guide your therapy team, build trusted relationships with residents, and ensure an engaging, active, and supported environment.

You will align with EmpowerMe 360 to integrate therapy, wellness, and medical care, shaping daily operations while maintaining hands-on patient care and leadership presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and support their clinical growth.
• Partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships to drive resident engagement and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services for a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and daily clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
