EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery within our senior living communities in California. You will guide your team in providing physical, occupational, or speech therapy while fostering strong clinician mentorship and interdepartmental collaboration.

As part of EmpowerMe 360, you will coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a cohesive resident experience, while shaping program development and quality improvements and maintaining hands-on

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community
