Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Newcastle, WA is seeking a Clinic Director to lead clinical teams across therapy and care coordination. You’ll mentor clinicians, shape care delivery, and partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360 in our senior living communities.

This role combines hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership, aiming to keep residents independent, reduce hospitalizations, and strengthen resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
