Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a multi-disciplinary therapy team within our senior living communities in the United States. You will oversee clinical care delivery, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with community leadership to execute the EmpowerMe 360 care model.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred. Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
