Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery within our communities, guiding a clinical team and building trusted relationships with residents to help them stay active, independent, and supported.

You will lead therapy services, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model while coordinating care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT/OT/SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience required.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiative.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative approach.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You'll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
