Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Monticello, IL is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a therapy team and deliver high-quality care across our communities.

You'll mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership, and drive resident engagement while overseeing scheduling and daily clinic operations within EmpowerMe 360. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives.
• Desire to empower seniors and lead within a community.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
