Back @ Work Physical Therapy in Logan, UT is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedics team. You will shape patient care, mentor clinicians, and drive clinic performance while maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Utah Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards of care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
